B)Read at every opportunity, carry out researches, have an habit of learning new words daily. This is one of the few things that have helped me in my writing abilities. Read to understand, read to learn new words, read to find out the emotions of the writer, learn new words to improve your vocabulary. For example, when you need to write "so many cars" an improvement in your vocabulary makes you write "a fleet of cars". That takes you a notch higher.
C)Write from the perspective of a reader. One of the things lacking in so many write-ups out there is the ability of the writer to look from a reader's perspective. Always ask yourself," If I were to be the one to read this write-up,will I be attracted to it?". If your own writing cannot appeal to your emotions, then you need an improvement.
D)Proof-read your writings. Do not be in a rush to publish or submit your work, learn to be patient enough to read through again as there might be some form of oversight in your spellings or spacing of words or placing of punctuation marks.
E)Lastly, learn to accept corrections when your writing is corrected. No one wants to demoralize you, if anyone criticizes your work, it is because of the love they have for you. Accept corrections with love and improve on yourself.
I hope I have been able to help you and I believe the next time you are penning down your thoughts, it's going to be better than the last one you did!
Bye for now!
