1.Leadership means having the ability to be committed to assignments, missions and visions and ensuring that it is done to the best degree. A true visionary leader is one who is able to move his followers without being affected by their complaints or compliments and is flexible enough to receive ideas from his followers.
2.A true leader has influence. This is the ability to leverage on the people you lead and make them achieve given goals with ease
3.A true leader is a man of vision. A visionary leader can turn visions into realities by stating clear goals, making strategic plans and mobilising team members to take appropriate actions.
5.A true visionary leader is innovative and able to replicate himself in people he leads. He is able to raise men who can be left on their own and who will do the work well as much as he can. A leader is a mentor.
